João Félix Wants Barcelona Return as Free Agent

João Félix could be eyeing a return to Barcelona, with the Portuguese forward reportedly keen on making his way back to the Catalan club next summer.

The 26-year-old reportedly dreams of returning to Barça and is said to be open to joining the club as a free agent when his current situation allows.

Félix previously spent time at Barcelona, where he enjoyed some positive moments and showed flashes of the quality that made him one of the most highly rated young attackers in European football.

According to the latest reports, his agent, Jorge Mendes, has already made Barcelona aware of the player’s desire to return.

The possibility of Félix returning would certainly be an interesting development for Barcelona, particularly if the deal could be completed without a transfer fee. His technical ability, creativity and versatility could give the club another attacking option.

However, a return is far from guaranteed at this stage. Barcelona would still have to consider their squad plans, finances and whether Félix fits into the club’s plans for next season.

For Félix, though, the message appears to be clear: he wants another chance to wear the famous Barcelona shirt.

Whether that dream becomes reality next summer remains to be seen.
